Here at PureFreedom we believe that no one should be ensnared by the trap of pornography's and we built our services as a result of our own struggle with pornography addiction. This company was built from a desire to not only see ourselves freed from the trap of pornography, but a desire to see any person that desires to be free, freed. We want you to know that we care about you, our hope, and our goal is to do everything in our power to make sure that the information and technology we create helps you obtain the freedom that you deserve to walk in. God bless.
My Story
We are all going somewhere in life whether we realize it or not. Everyone is on a road to somewhere. Where you're head is dictated by your habits, beliefs, and actions. Years ago I realized where I was headed after being confronted by a mentor about my addiction. I was in the 2nd year of my undergraduate studies and was dealing stress on a daily basis. I wasn't happy and was constantly feeling the shame of actions as I used pornography to cope with the stress of exams and every other traumatic thing that happened to me in life. I had no idea how much of a negative impact pornography had on me during that time, but this fateful confrontation led me on a 10 year journey of healing, forgiveness, and self discovery. It thrust me onto the road to recovery and I haven't looked back.
At first I tried to travel the road solo, but when I realized I couldn't overcome this in my own strength I began to look for other men like me. Before long I found them and I began to do my best to inspire and lead them down the road to recovery. Now 14 years and 4 accountability groups later here I am. Sitting at 5 years, 6 months of sobriety. I started this company because I know there are millions of other people just like me that are searching for a way out of the pornography trap and I want to help them. They know that their addiction is keeping them from living up to their potential and want to be free. I know exactly what that feels like. Over the past 14 years I've learned that we don't have to live an addicted life. If you're reading this and are in the midst of an addiction I want you to know that my sincere hope is that the information on this site and the technology we've created will help to set you free.
